Guest guest
Thank you both Sheila and Marisol for the input on the yogurt and baby food. It's horrible to think commercial baby food can be so bad. I am getting ready to cook my own. Also, after a week on SCD (even with the probably awfully bad baby food), my son is no longer allergic to almonds, so I can probably start with the yogurt too. I tested almonds for three days without any reaction, I am stopping now to give him a break on the almonds and will introduce cashews and macadamias next.
