hi

as some know, we had major problems, the boys father completely

crashed the diet,

we started the intro diet again today, i had tried to put it off but

the constant screaming and then kai sitting for 2 hours last night

retching has made me change my mnd

stools have been really bad from both again today, but their

behaviour has been wonderful!!! finally no screaming or endless

tantrums

as we are starting again, i want to tackle the candida along the way

hence the question about low sugar fruits as i feel they be best to

introduce first

i aim to follow the stages to the letter now, the change in their

mood will be worth it im sure.

i have to ask though, their stools today are soft and mushy and they

have passed twice

is this classed as d? or is d more than 3 bowel movements in a day

no matter the consistency? i only ask as i need to have an idea on

how long to stay on the intro diet

when i begin to introduce new foods, how long do i take over each

food, do i introduce 2 foods a week, one a week, one a fortnight?

do i introduce the vegetables before the fruit?

ie in for example, 3 days time, do i introduce zuchinni as opposed

to pear? green beans as opposed to apples

we are using houston enzymes now and have been for 2 weeks now, and

im sure thats helping

i have been trying some anti-fungals on me and there is no way i

will get them down the children - capylic acid out of capsules and

oregano oil - gse is out of the question as their dad has clearly

caused a flare - kais back to sleeping at night with a hot water

bottle again because of the pain

i am going to use threelac and anerobic oxygen and nut yogurt and

try and shift it that way plus candex and peptizyde in the morning

and evening - i know that threelac may be not entirely legal but as

opposed to not using anything else at all, it may be a better

option - ill certainly keep you posted over its effectiveness (or

not)- and i appreciate that this is a personal choice for us

i m glad that pear and berries are okay - but has anyone any idea

how to get the seeds out of blueberries? raspberries ive worked out

i can do it using a seive but not to sure how to tackle blueberries

as the seeds are tiny but the boys love them?

thank you for listening

kindest regards

emma

No, this is not really diarrhea - just soft stools.

You kind of have to go with the rate of healing.

Since you are battling yeast, veggies may be best before fruit *but

You'll have to add some fruit (peeled and cooked is best) but start

with veggies - whichever ones they seem to tolerate best before the

flare up (peeled and cooked until symptoms calm down).

How about raw garlic (in capsules or out though most kids wn't eat

raw garlic)?

I am taking a yeast enzyme very similar to Candex. I took Candex in

the past but had to slowly ramp up to the max. daily dose (it caused

stomach aches). It is the same with the one I am taking now. This

one is take the enzyme just before bed at least two hours after

eating. If I don't have something just before the two hour cut out

the stomach ache is worse. But, the enzyme seems to be helping

tremendously with the yeast and subsequently the bowels are clearing

up fantastically (after my run-in with the antibiotic).

The only way to really get them out of blueberries to seive them or

run through a food mil. I do this and make blueberry jam. I don't

add anything to the jam. If they can't tolerate them raw, it may be

best to wait a bit until ready for them :(
