Guest guest Posted September 22, 2005 Report Share Posted September 22, 2005 Hi, For my 2nd batch of goats yogurt, I could not buy any full cream goats milk & was forced to use the low fat. I've read on this listing that the yogurt will be runny because of the low fat. Putting aside the runny consistency(we can live with that), if I have followed the instructions properly whilst making the yogurt, used the starter etc., then surely it must still be effective ito good bacteria content etc.?
