I got saline implants put in March of last year. Since then I have been going

through the worst time. Yes it was fun at first, filling out all the clothe,

shopping, wearing a swimming suit in public, but now its awful. I lost my job, I

have bills that I cant pay, and I am constantly struggling with my health. First

I started getting " acne " all over my face, that itched. I never heard of acne

that itched, but it looked so much like acne, I figured it was my hormones out

of whack. I have struggled with these " acne type lesions " for 6 month now, and

now to add on to this, I have hives all over my body. I wake up with a stuffed

nose and watery itchy eyes, (and I never had allergies before to anything in my

life), I have weird muscle spasms, I am constantly itching all over, headaches.

I always had very thick hair, and you can actually see my scalp now, thats how

much hair I lost. I dont have money to take them out, I cant even finish paying

the rest of what I owe to have them put in. I am so lost, and dont know what to

do. I am only 22 and I feel like my health is completely going down the drain.

Oh, this is such a sad story....I'm glad you joined us and I hope we can

give you some encouragement that you are not alone.

I'm really very sorry to hear of all that you are suffering through.

Obviously, these health symptoms that you are dealing with after

implants are troublesome and disconcerting. You are going through what

many other women have gone through, and there are answers out there for

you...not always easy answers, but they are there. You will have to

gather your strength to deal with the steps you need to take, because

your health is soooo important. You are young enough that you have a

great chance to recover your health through taking the right steps, and

giving your body the best chance to recover.

First, I want to ask you if you have any support? Do you have family

nearby, or friends that are able to help you out?

Can family help with financial assistance?

I know you said that you have no money to remove them and that you are

still paying off the original surgery....ly, this is one of the

most common problems we see on our group. Most women have not planned

for the worst case scenario, which is having to have another surgery to

deal with the implants. I'm sorry you are in this position! You will

have to rely on the assistance of family and/or friends to help you

through this time. Getting the implants out is going to be a vital step

for you, and they must be removed correctly...which means that you need

to discuss a proper explant with your chosen doctor. We recommend that

a total capsulectomy is done at the very least, and an en bloc removal

is preferred.

Some women have claimed that they have been able to get better while

keeping the implants in. I don't think that this happens very often,

and I believe that it is risky to try to keep the implants when they are

causing such tragic health problems such as Multiple Sclerosis type

symptoms and other autoimmune conditions. But some women are not

willing to remove them, and others, such as yourself, simply cannot find

the money. So, the best thing you can do is just take life one day at a

time, and make your plans to acheive your goals. You should plan for

implant removal, and start saving up as much as you can, or get the

financial assistance of family and friends.

Detoxing is key in getting better. You will want to focus on doing

therapies that will help your body clear out the junk that is making

your whole system sluggish. There are various ways of doing this, such

as herbal remedies, liver flushes, fasting, sauna therapy, the Master

Cleanse, and more. The goals would be to find those therapies that you

are comfortable doing at home, or with the assistance of a qualified

holistic health professional, and then keep making progress as you add

in new therapies as you uncover the cause of your symptoms.

For instance, the hair loss can be attributed to low thyroid in some

women. For other women it is reproductive hormone imbalances.

The itching can be a sign of liver involvement, and so you will want to

do some supportive liver therapies, such as taking milk thistle, or

doing some liver flushes.

We are here to help, if you let us know how we can help you best.

I know that lost feeling....but you have found a group of women who have

been in this position in the past, and many of us have healed completely

and gone on to live wonderful lives. It can be done...it just takes

tenacity and resolve to get there, along with the proper tools and

resources. We try to point the way.

Where are you located?

Stay hopeful....you have taken a great positive first step in trying to

find answers!

You can get better! Let us know how we can help you most.

Take care,

Patty

Hi

It sounds like you may be allergic to the silicone shell of the implants. I am

so sorry to hear about your health problems, and financial needs. I assume you

are living in the US because you said that you can't afford to pay for getting

them out. I live in Ontario, Canada where explant is covered under our

government plan. Is there no way to get a doctor to verify that you might have

a silicone allergy? If you have proof of that then there is proof that the

implants are the cause of your problems. I hope this helps a little bit. I

wish I could do more. If you just need to e-mail me for support, I'll try my

best to support you. Take care.

Hi, so sorry to hear that, if you were in the Philippines, I know I can help you out, but I think you're in the US. Anyway, you came at the right place for support, all (most) the women here have been going through everything that you've gone through. It is very comforting to know that someone giving you advice went through the same things as you have and most have ben able to overcome the symptoms.Try to read back our previous posts and therapies that most will not cost you a dime. You will be in my prayers as well.- brianFrom:
