Guest guest
Oh , I am glad Fanney feels a little better. If any of us could take her pain, we would. Is she seeing a grief counselor by chance? I'm so sorry things are getting caught up in the red tape--perhaps she could call the hospital administrator? Perhaps write a letter to the editor of the local paper? I could only imagine how powerless she must feel being so far away from the girls. She will get to go home in time. What is required for a green card? I would really love to meet you both at next month's support meeting. Unfortunately I will still be preop (this has taught me patience if nothing else) but would love to come anyway. :-) << >> to you and Fanney, please let us know if there is anything we can do. fg At 11:19 AM 05/18/2000 -0000, you wrote: >Hi everyone. >I just got off the phone with Fanney (I woke her up) and she is much >better. Guest guest
Hi List: I heard from Fanney today and she is not doing well. Apparently, there is some problem with getting 's autopsy report on time, which will have an impact on the family (in Iceland) financially -- and Fanney is worried they will lose their home. I feel helpless, as I don't know of any " action " I can take to help her expedite the autopsy -- but I thought reaching out to the list might help. Are there any lawyers out there who might be able to help Fanney? Or, would Dr. R have some clout at the hospital to try to rush the report? Please help Fanney! She is such a lovely person, and she really loves her sister and her sister's family (four little girls and a husband). I have a niece whom I absolutely adore so I understand wanting to be there and help those little girls. Please e-mail me privately if you think you can help, and I will put you in touch with Fanney. Much Thanks / e
