as someone who has been violently ill all day from eating a buffalo burger

that wasn't quite right, I agree whole heartedly, I often get into this

issue because I tend to like my meats and fish only 'lightly cooked' red

meat and salmon especially raw inside, I am having to rethink this after

consistantly becoming sick after eating things that are not cooked well
