Many people like to share information in good faith, however it can lead to

misunderstandings and even harsh words .

Just a reminder that it is a violation of Internet etiquette to cross post an

article from one

moderated group to another without permission of the original poster.

OK - I recently did this, and was not internet-savvy enough to realize the

required etiquette. My apologies go to Mimi, for it was her post that I

cross-posted onto the " Trying Low Oxalates " list.

Since it's too late to ask for your permission, I can only offer my apology.
