Pre-made foods were never endorsed by Elaine.

With today's busy lifestyle and the fact that in some families both parents

are forced to work outside the home, I think it's time something like this

is considered. I am amazed at how much is out there for GFCF, but nothing

but yogurt and almond flour for SCD.

Somebody's got to start somewhere to move this forward....

I would be interested when we decide to have another. Prepackaged toddler

snacks would be GREAT too )

I was not asking for SCD approval at this time. I intend to do it for

those who need it and are unable to make there own. There are those

who compromise their children's health by just feeding them the norm

because there is NO way they can make there own. I simply wanted to

know about the market. That is why I asked is there anyone you know

who might be interested. I wanted to about the demand. Any input?
