Guest guest
Sheila, please give me your address privately, I would like to send you one of the lindora wildberry packets to try... That way you can see if you like it and if it is worth the money without risking anymore money on something that might not work... Fondly, Loriann mailto:llist@... TJ -Re: LadyTexan_Sheila...New Protein Idea Hi TJ, I'm so glad you found something that works for you. I am waiting on my samples of the grape and tropial punch protein drinks from vitalady. I decided to try those since the Designer protein I had tried was the chocolate or vanila " milky " variety. I say milky because it reminded me of chocolate milk but I always mixed mine with water. I always drank that stuff thin but it always came up. If these fruity ones don't work I may have to try another " milky " type but I sure hope not. This soy stuff is sitting on my counter calling my name and I think I will make myself try it tomorrow in a smoothie while I wait for the samples to get here. Did you try the fruity ones? if so did you like them or hate them? Sheila > Hey Sheila, > I believe I have found a mix I can deal with. Guest guest
> > Sheila, > What does it mean to trim my posts? > > You have forwarded an entire digest of posts with your question. Run your mouse over the extraneous text of the other messages and Yahoo info and delete it otherwise it takes up much too much space. You can see how I " trimmed " your question to Sheila Carol F. Guest guest
Hi , If you just hit reply with out removing some of the old post it isn't trimmed. If you are on digest and do this you end up sending all the digest info to the list. We have limited space in Yahoo archives and for those with slower computers it can be very difficult to read and cause trouble. To trim posts you can highlight all unnecessary info and delete it . Or when replying, highlight what you want and compose a new letter - that way there isn't any carry over (the digest info) in your post.
