Dear Pam,

I hope they approve it quickly. Poor Dr.R, I knew I had a lot to say but

I never dreamed I would crash his computer. All that agonizing I did over that

patient information form and he had to delete a lot of it. Oh well, if they

don't approve it I'll be better prepared for an appeal. Here's looking for a May

date on his dance card.
