Saline Breast Implants and Breast Lumps

Hi Everyone,

I haven't posted on here for nearly five years now,I had one saline implant in

1996 (my story is on here somewhere) and got very sick! was diagnosed with

raynauds, arthritis, fybromyalgia ect and finally had it removed in 2005 after

lots of help from the kind ladies on here.

after about two years and many detox's I made a full recovery, I have recently

had mastitis in my right breast (not the one the implant was in) and whilst they

we're examining my left breast (the one that had the implant removed) they found

a hard lump so have referred me to the breast clinic I'm now waiting for the

appointment to come through.

My question is has anyone else had breast lumps found years after the surgery

and is there any link between this and the removal of my implant(I had the scar

tissue removed intact but the doctors disposed of my implant before I could send

it to Dr Blais so have no idea what state it was in)I live in England and my

surgery was all done on the NHS so I apparently had no right to ask for the

implant back.

Any help would be kindly appreciated
