This may or may not help but before I quit drinking caffeine a couple

of years ago, for three days, I took a *lot* of potassium, vitamin C,

and B-complex. Now, I was a two-pots-of-coffee-a-day coffee drinker,

and I didn't get any headache. Over a three week time period,

though, my sleep schedule was awful. I wanted a nap by 4 in the

afternoon everyday, but after 3 weeks, I was " normal " and now, if I

have a cup of coffee with caffeine in it (rarely), it *really* wakes

me up. Woo!

I haven't drunk sodas in years, don't much like them, so that wasn't

a problem for me, but I do like iced sweet tea, so I started making

my own with decaffinated tea bags (Winn Dixie has them in family

size) and using sweet n' low to sweeten it. That's what I drink

now, or water.

I used to hate water but after I quit drinking caffeine, now I like

it. Weird, eh?

Hope this is useful.
