Wow, Dede, this is the first time that I've heard of using coconut oil for the

gallbladder...anytime I've done a liver flush, I've used olive oil.

I'm getting ready to do one this week in fact.

I am still suffering from allergies, and that is the only reason I've delayed.

I'm hoping that a flush will help me beat it, but I'd like to get past this

congestion before I do it.

Will have to look into this more. I love my coconut oil actually!

Where in Arizona? I lived in Tucson when I was sick, and traveled to Mesa, to

have Dr. Karl Hiatt do my explant.

He did the en bloc removal, so I was very happy, and I got a lift at the same

time. He even got insurance to pay for it.

YOu might want to see if he is still there and will do your explant for you.

the time. I am dizzy, confused, major fatigued, nauseous, muscles aching and

burning (especially at night), a hard time breathing, low blood pressure, low

vitamin D, hypothytoidism, hormone imbalances. Who is doing your explant? I

have been researching docs and proper explantation. I want Dr. Melmed but I live

in Arizona and I am afraid to call and see how much it is. Also, I started

having joint pain. The symptoms seem endless. All I had before implants was on

and off low blood pressure, and tired a lot but lived normally, now I'm very

sick. Oh yeah, I had ibs before but now I have constant stomach pain and

irritation. One implant is too low and causing pain. I'm miserable. Mine did

the oppostite of losing weight but caused inability to lose.

These are all valid concerns...we usually recommend that women steer clear of

the implanting surgeon for explant, because often times they do not take us very

seriously, and will not be as forthright or unbiased as someone who has no

previous experience with our case. It also takes more skill to do an explant,

and some doctors who implant lots of implants have very little skill when it

comes to removal.

Perhaps there are exceptions though.....and I am hoping that this is the case

with this doctor and for Patty.

We are always looking for good explanting docs...I am hoping that if this person

turns out to be good at explanting, is honest, forthright, ethical and skilled,

we would want to be adding the name to our list!

Please keep us posted Patty!!!

It is a breath of fresh air to have Dr Melmed, as well as Dr.Feng, Dr. Kolb, and

Dr. Huang on our side. They are pretty wonderful. For the record though, I

believe it is only Dr. Melmed that no longer implants. All the others still use

implants, but I believe they are very open and honest about the sickness they've

seen, and only offer their services because they know women want them, and at

least they know they will have given them full disclosure.

Patty

>

> I did see that before about these other docs, but honestly, I don't want to

deal with someone that is still ok with putting poison holding sacks for

infestations in womens precious bodies. I did look up Dr Warnock, but felt it

would be a slap in the face for me to see them still glamorizing these killers.

I really respect Dr. Melmed for standing up against all these doctors that still

say they are safe, and fully supporting the women in their illness. But, he is

expensive but I dk in comparison to anyone else because I didn't check yet. I'm

angry and sad. Thanks-

Yes, I definitely want to update our doctor list with new docs if they are out

there! Please provide all the necessary contact info when you are certain she

is qualified to be added to our list.

Thanks!

Your immune system is in a very heightened response mode at this time, and I

would suggest that you just focus on taking good care of

yourself and that baby right now. Your hormones are going to be all over the

map, and hormonal fluctuations can play a big part in our immune system

responses.

Please make sure that your doctor pays extra special attention to your thyroid.

Many women who are sick from implants suffer from thyroid dysfunction and that

will be important to track while you are pregnant.

It sounds like you were one of the rare people, like me, who reacted pretty

strongly to the implants fairly quickly. There are some women who NEVER felt

good, from the moment they woke up from surgery until explant, and then there

are others who get sick at about 6 months or so. Still others take years. So,

it is hard to know what your body is doing, but the pregnancy certainly makes

everything much more complicated.

You can best help yourself by eating a clean diet, get rid of junk foods,

inflammatory foods ( foods high in saturated fats, meats, dairy) and eat a diet

that is rich in plant foods and vegetarian fare. This will help to keep your

immune system response from going into prolonged flares.

Try to eliminate sources of contamination in your home: drink filtered water,

avoid dry cleaning your clothes...oh, let me just suggest that you go to the FAQ

file and read about how to detox. There are dozens upon dozens of suggestions

there, and you can do those things that are convenient and comfortable for you.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, and I am hoping that you will have a

wonderful experience, not terribly affected by what you have recently gone

through. I know it has been so hard for you.

We're here to help.

Yes, Patty, and the caprylic acid in coconut oil works wonders for so many things.

I swear by it.....without it, I would be bedridden again.......being off of it for my

surgery was proof positive of that.....My heart doc told me to get back on it

right away.....a matter of fact, he has articles on cap acid in his office now after

I presented it to him and how it has worked in my case......YAY !

I wonder if by chance your congestion is all part of your body being congested

and if perhaps that will get better when you do your flush......

I wonder if all the new things and humidity you had in Hawaii was hard on your

system. I highly suggest taking cap acid when on trips cuz of its

anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties.....as well as it is a wonderful

Essential Fatty Acid ! !

Dont forget, you can also put alittle anti-fungal in your nose, and it will help

as well.......

We get the Mexico fire smoke here, and it affects people, do yall get it

there in Nevada ?

Thanks for the reminder on the Caprylic acid too Dede...gosh, what would I do

without you????

Your doctor is smart to be listening to you, for sure...

We get the California wildfire smoke here...it can get pretty nasty!

It smells pretty strong at times. The wildfire season will be upon us very

soon....

You are welcome, Patty.....Even if you arent taking cap acid in

mega doses for fungal or bacterial or viral overload problems

taking it in suggested doses is excellent for EFA's ......

I didnt even know that many years ago they used to use

it for gallbladder problems.......I wish I could find that article

about it on that....but it is on my old computer.....
