My Insurance said NO PAYMENT... HELP!

My insurance said, that the plan that I have, will not pay for these

types of services. Now... I don't have a clue where do I go from

here? ...I like most of you have really worked on this alot.. is this

the end... or do I have a leg to sand on with the insurance Co.
