Guest guest
Thanks for the offer of help, . I was a breast cancer patient in 2007, bilateral surgery, T.A.C. chemo, ooectomy, developed lymphedema... I worked with my nutrition and an accupuncturist over the past 2 years and now eat 80-20 on the Fuhrman Eat to Live plan. Mostly I am doing fine. On all blood work, my markers are fine. But... -I have noticed a thickening of the skin on my fingers that concerns me as I had noticed that in the years prior to the cancer diagnosis, it cleared up during chemo, and has returned. -I have dark brown circles beginning under the eye area, which again, I had for YEARS prior to the diagnosis, it cleared during chemo, and has returned. -I know that the chemo put a strain on my liver and kidneys and I would like to do what I can to maintain their wellbeing. -I have always suspected parasites, and even found some in the stools during the chemo months. I couldn't get a physician interested in helping me deal with them, but then, I also dropped the ball because I haven't done a cleanse for them. In your opinion, how many months of caprylic acid would I need? Or, is there another suggestion. I would appreciate your input as to whether a 3 day fast now and then would take me in the right direction. Thank you. M. > >... have you ever considered a supervised fast? Guest guest
Theresa-Good for you on the diet your following! For everything you have been through you need to get the blood cleansed out. But wait, there are steps prior to cleansing out your blood, the blood would be last avenue in cleansing. For a parasite cleanse go to my website www.ginascorner.com, scroll to the bottom and join my group and once in there , and in the files look at Parasite and Parasite Cleanse the cleanse one is Dr. Hulda e. I tried the zapper, I have to say that I didnt find that really did anything for me. The herbs on the other hand is what did the trick and following it for the length of time describe, did wonders. Especially for my son that had seizures that was the start of pulling the seizures further apart. I had tried so many different parasites formulas and all they were was parasite formulas. The trouble is the parasites have a cycle and you have to hit all the stages, and Dr. e hit that one on the nose. What I would suggest for anyone try the parasite cleanse, then embark on fasting. In regards to a 3 day fast, which isn't hurtful by any means just not helpful for ones searching for lasting healing results. If your interested in a longer fast, you can look in the files it is all straight from my book, and there is direction on the cleansing part. Once you get your body cleansed out, you will see the changes from head to toe and inside out. The dark circles to the skin on your fingers will reverse once the body is balanced and cleansed out. What happenes over time from the gut to the small and large intestines (I like to say from your hooter to your tooter) a buildup happens on the walls that nutrients are not penetrating through. Those nutrients is what feeds our body health and with the buildup of all this old grudge we are lucky to be assuming 5-10% of nutrients we are consuming. Once the old debrie has a chance of getting off the walls then we have a chance of assuming and assimilating 40-50% of the nutrients we consume. Not to mention the issue with candida and parasites that are harbored in the same track.Cleansing process goes in this order:Colon, Kidney, Liver then Blood. Kidney or liver can be done at the same time or switched.P.S: For right now and something you can do today is apply olive oil to your cuticles. Guest guest
, You could try any of those that you mentioned for a first fast. If you have never fasted before, you may want to try a one day just to get used to the experience, with water only. Or, you could juice all day, and do water the next. The Master Cleanse is a good fast to do, as the lemon, maple syrup and cayenne gives you something to drink besides water. The idea is to break into fasting gently to see how your body reacts. Some very toxic people will react with very difficult symptoms. Others may be able to handle it so well that they continue on for extra days until they are ready to break the fast. That is what happened to my first supervised fast...I was supposed to do it 3 days only, but I had such a good result that I kept going for 5 days total. After that, I did many fasts of varying duration and with juices, or water only. There is a great amount of latitude in this. So, it really all depends on what you think you can handle. In all of these fasts, you may experience some symptoms such as headache, coldness, and just not feeling good within the first 24 -48 hours. The benefits usually hit by the 3rd day when you start feeling really good, and light on your feet. When you get that feeling, you know you've had some good cleansing going on! Guest guest
GG, I usually do not experience the hunger after the second day, so I have never had to do anything special. If you can get past that hump, you may be able to make it longer. I know it's hard. I have had a few instances in longer fasts where I needed to be careful about overdoing it, but I am usually pretty normally active even during fasting, because I feel so much lighter on my feet. It sounds like your body has a stronger reaction to fasting, if you are getting shaky and weak. You may want supervision from a knowledgeable health professional that is familiar with fasting to help you get past these rough spots, or to advise you how to best deal with them. I personally did not experience those to a degree that I was concerned about the safety of the therapy. Fasting can be challenging if you have adrenal issues. Do you know if you do?
