Guest guest
Hi everyone, my sister in law has 8-9 chestnut trees in her backyard and I'd like to use them to bake cakes and other things, but have no idea of the best way to " mass produce " a paste. Do I put them in the oven and then peel and mix? should I leave them as such for future use? Do I freeze the paste or best can them? Any expert cook advise welcome! It will be a nice change from the nut flowers, most of all for my pocket! ($$$$) , mom to 6 (ASD) and 4 (NT gut issues), scd since nov 5 03!
