Guest guest Posted November 6, 2009 Report Share Posted November 6, 2009 Hi, It's been 25 days now that I've been brushing. It is making my spaciness/fatigue much worse. I was thinking about how the green drinks increase cytokines. I'm wondering if the brushign is doing the same thing by stimulating the lymph. I just don't know what to do - continue hoping it'll settle down anytime now or back off. If I back off, the cleansing stops. Just like the fasting, when I tried 2 years ago, it made me much worse than it is now. What would others do ? *** I don't have to work so that's not an issue.
