Hi Everyone,

This is just a thought. I have read with sadness the others who have

been denied insurance, as was I. I have been doing everything I can

since January of this year to get approval to have this surgery. It

has been on-going daily. Talk about stress! I have received 3

denials now, stating " non exclusion. " Earlier I was talked out of

going ahead incase of complications, so I proceeded with further

appeals, to no avail.

Now, I have decided to go ahead with the operation, using money from

a second mortage, because it was the only way I had and I feel this

surgery is literally a life and death matter for me at this stage of

my life. I am single, on a very limited budget, am concerned about

the consequences, and praying for no complications. However, I want

my life back.

I just read where another has been denied and they can't aford the

surgery, especially with complications, etc. I know where they are

coming from.

My thought is this. Would it be possible for others to make a small

donation to help the cause? Perhaps a donation of $10.00 or $20.00

each from enough people who are were willing to donate a little,

would help those in dire need to go ahead with the operation.

I know the sadness, the hopelessness, the depression, etc. etc. from

knowing how important this operation is and then not being able to go

forth. I was fortunate that I could get eventually get enough funds

(barring no complications) but I would be willing to help start a

fund for others who can't.

I would appreciate any feed back and input from all of you out there.

Thanks.

Dee
