this is an awesome site.........

lots of good info here, and this is a compile of info from this

person......always read all you can from many sites. This will help

you have knowledge, and develop questions for your doctor or practitioner

of choice.....knowledge is power !

I am just sharing info I find from researching.....

this covers many things a good site to keep and refer to.....
