MedWatch reporting form

I just filled out my MedWatch reporting form to report my saline implant

complications to the FDA. Heck, it wasn't so bad! I hope everyone takes the time

to pull out their medical records and do this. It helps to have the original

paperwork from your implants. Surprisingly, I still had the lot number and

implant date. Woohooo!

Hi ................... I wouldn't mind reporting my implants too. I haven't been on this site for a couple of days, so do not know how to do this. Could you please let me know? Thanks.
