Kathy, I am not Donna, but it is like the stomach part of the MGB, but

doesn't involve the intestine re-route. Weight loss will be less, I would

think. In my research part of what made WLS more successful was if the

bypass part was also used. BUT... it should be very helpful to make you feel

full, you wouldn't have as much of the vitamin issue, and if you don't have

as much to lose, it could be a great option for some people. I think he

originally said it was intended for people with 50-100 lbs to lose.
