Autoimmune flareup after explant

Hi everyone,

I'm about six weeks post explant. At first I felt AWESOME. Now... not so much. I am having the worst, and believe me when I say WORST, autoimmune attack I have ever had. I was wondering if anyone had this post-surgery and what they did about it.

Basically I am forcing myself through pain all day long. I have carpal tunnel and flexor tenosynovitis (inflammation around my flexor tendons), but at this point my entire hands, fingers, wrists are in severe pain to the point of cramping up and going numb. If I use my hands for anything, I have to ice them in buckets and take lots of ibuprofen, and basically I toss and turn and throw my arms around all night to shake them out due to the pain and numbness. I am now getting the numbness in my feet and it has extended to now my knees as of this morning when I awoke. My back and neck hurt; my joints ache. I have a horrible peeling eczema rash on my hands, feet, armpits, and elbows. My fingertips and nail tips are thickened and the skin is puffy and pink. I try to hide my hands when I talk to people. They feel like leather, so I don't like anyone to shake my hand (which would hurt like hell anyway with all the tendonitis).

I have undifferentiated connective tissue disorder and Hashimoto's disease, and this attack feels like it is autoimmune from one of those sources. It's getting my nerves this time, causing inflammation that is irritating them, and in some cases the inflammation is pinching off the nerves altogether. The chiropractor can only do so much! I don't know that this is really so much of a chiropractic problem as a systemic inflammation problem from the stress of the surgery. Dr. Feng had to "dig" for three to four hours to get all the scar tissue out of me. She said I was one of the worst she has seen for scar tissue. I still have inflammation and slight numbness underneath my armpits from the localized damage of surgery.

(By the way though, my natural boobies look BEAUTIFUL. I think they are the most beautiful boobies I could ever have. Even Dr. Feng's staff was very sweet to tell me how cute they came out. And I didn't even get a lift with my explant, and this was after having two children and breastfeeding!)

Back to my question though... I am taking an enzyme that helps the body digest the inflammation and get rid of it. It is NOT helping enough. I am taking vitamins, flax seed oil, pro-biotics, and homeopathic arnica for trauma... what else should I do?

How do you stop an autoimmune flareup? If I can make this stop, chances are it will be the last one I ever have. It was the implants that set this disease in motion, and they are gone. The surgery was stressful to my body, and that is over. How do I tell my body that it can stop kicking and screaming and fighting now? How do I say to my cells, "Hey guys, I got rid of those bullies. We're okay! You can relax!"

Help me!

Thank you everyone... sometimes I feel like you're the only people who can understand. Thank you friends, for your help.
