when i open the bottle i pour whats left into glass bowws and put them

in the freezer

then just cut and put the frozen oil oil on the meal where it melts

the extra virign has some anti viral action

olive leaf extract has more anti viral action perhaps but there are

liver processing issues with ole and if you have to take it long term

there are better ways........

may be a place for the odd dose of ole
