Guest guest
If he is truly allergic to those foods, you would have known by now. Did he have an IgG sensitivity test? If so, it's just showing that he has leaky gut issues still. You can remove those foods temporarily and then add them back. If they don't cause any problems, then I wouldn't continue to avoid them. Also, any recipe that calls for almond flour can be made with any other type of nut flour. There is also a section on pecanbread.com that has Egg Free recipes. http://www.pecanbread.com/recipes.html Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/

I think diet and recipes without almonds and eggs will be so hard ,my son is a big eater and he was hungry today because I tried 3 pecipes and all went to garbage! He loves bread ! After how many months into diet you would do another OAT and IgG? Thanks again
