Guest guest
Mimi, that was a really good explanation of how to make kimchi! I just made my fall supply of kimchi on Sunday. It has already started to ferment and it makes my mouth water. My kids love it and I can't live without it. I feel better immediately after a big meal if I have some fermented kimchi. You know it's going to be on the table at Thanksgiving! --- SCD Post almondbread@...> wrote: > http://www.geocities.com/scd_post/kimchi.pdf > > You might need to drag and scroll to see full page. > > Please do not use sugar. > Sesame seeds are for advanced SCD-ers > > Mimi > > -- > http://www.fastmail.fm - mmm... Guest guest
Mimi gave a good pdf on kimchi. It is below (www.geocities.com) My recipe is similar but more traditional in terms of ingredients and vegetables. I don't cut up my nappa and use the salted shrimp. I also shred large radishes (like daikon) and puree onions and some Japanese pears or apples for the sweetness. I use lots of green onions. I have also made cucumber kimchi, radish kimchi, dandelion leaf kimchi (great for constipation but not for those starting out)... Possibilites are endless. --- keda dervishi kddervishi@...> wrote: > Hi > Could you please share with us the recepi how to > make kimchi. > > Kim ckim_grace@...> wrote: > Mimi, that was a really good explanation of how to > make kimchi!
