My daughter has had 7 strep infections since May and had her

Hi Darcy. I'm not familiar with PANDAS. But, have you used acidopholous

with any of the antibiotics? That makes a tremendous difference. The

yogurt may help tremendously.

Has your naturopath recommended homeopathy? That helped us in other

situations of multiple infections.

on the SCD.

I find that article interesting as it is attributing some autism disorders

to PANDAS. Considering the huge amount of positive response to SCD by

sufferers of autism, ADHD, depression and such that I've seen from this

list, it seems that SCD would be helpful in her situation. Being that the

theory of SCD is to starve out pathogenic bacteria and other unfriendly gut

bugs, it makes sense to at least give it a try.

I've seen other posters report positive effects from systemic yeast type

disorders like asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. so I think SCD is

beneficial to systemic as well as gut pathogens.

Also here is a forum for those suffering with it and I see a wealth of info

on there, both medical and alternative.
