Guest guest
Hi all, On May the 16 I will be 5 months post op. I have not lost any weight for the past 6 weeks. Have any of you post op experienced this? I an getting really concerned. I was 336 in Dec.99 I am now about 270. I am so afraid I will not lose any more and I have a long way to go, at least another 100 pounds. I usually eat 1- 1 1/2 cup of cereal for breakfast, two ensure bars during the day, cheese sandwich for lunch, and just whatever for supper. I drink lots of gatorade too. I don't mean to whine, but folks I am scared. What if I don't lose anymore? I also get very tired and need to nap for a while in the afternoons. However I have ulcerative colitis and this tends to drain my energy too. When I feel good, I FEEL REALLY GOOD, it just doesn't last. It feels like some one has turned on the faucet on my toes and drained the energy right out of me. I am not trying to get sympathy, just information. Any input you may have would be very much appreciated.
