BCBS of MICHIGAN

Hi,

I was just wondering if any of the BCBS of Mich. people trying to get

approved had heard anything. Has anyone been approved yet? I submitted

my paperwork to Dr. R. Dec. 3rd. and it was sent to BC and denied the

end of Jan.

I then sent in an appeal and got refused again April 1st. I am now on

my 2nd appeal and it's for a telephone conference with Dr. R., the BCBS

medical review board and myself. I finally got a letter stating that

they were looking into it April 28th. SOOOO, I've been waiting since

Dec. to get this straightened out with Michigan BlueCross. and I was

wondering how everyone else was doing.

They have 2 more weeks to respond to my appeal.

What happens to out of towners and clinic now. Am I to understand that

Saturday clinics have been changed for us? Have they changed to clinic

day for people out of town?

And What about Memorial Day? What is the surgery schedule for that

week?

Can anybody answer my questions?

I have complete faith in Dr. Rutledge and his surgery and am willing to

wait for it.
