The anesthesiologist does need to see your nail beds and be able to check

your capillary refill. So definitely no polish. I think it is extremely

advised to remove the acrylic if it is opaque or colored (some are

pink)---but shouldn't be necessary to remove all 10 nails, perhaps just one

or two.
