Cathy thanks for the words of encouragement, but my

biggest problem is that I am soooo slow that my server

keeps dumping me off the net. And to think I did

1 1/2 year of reservations for Continental Airlines.

When I got the job my husband and I died laughing...

....... he said Honey I can walk from Tampa to Atlanta

before you can get the reservation typed in/lol.

Needless to say I was in the lowest level for revenue

but I was NUMBER #1 in customer relations. Go Figure/
