Guest guest
Chelation is the process of conjugating metal ions to certain organic molecules, usually for the larger purpose of allowing more of the metal ion to get into solution (though it can be made to work in reverse). It SOUNDS like a good idea to cause you to absorb metallic nutrients more thoroughly, but whether it's really worth it is up for grabs given that it probably costs more. It's sort of like the natural vs. synthetic vitamins question. Pax, Steve
