Guest guest
Re: Roasted black sesame seeds for health Lot of people with implants complain of hair falling out. It also slows grey hair. Here's a good natural remedy. My hair used to fall out alot in lumps, but not anymore. Also, I am almost 50 with no grey hair Just roast black sesame seeds and put it in a jar and refrigerate it. Just take about 1 tablespoon to 1/3 cup a day and it will help your hair and also will give you sufficient supply of calcium and other minerals. You don't have to take calcium anymore. It is better to take natural food supplement than taking vitamins. Onee (1) tablespoon of black sesame seed contains approx. 1000 mg of calcium. It is really good for preventing osteoporosis. If you get loose stool or diarreah just reduce the amount until you don't get loose stool. Following are some of the benefits. After you get up just drink cup of water, wait 30 minutes and chew the sesame seeds thoroughly. Wait 30 minutes before having breakfast. Minerals Black sesame seeds are high in calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, phosphorus. These minerals help to support healthy bones, muscles, blood, and nervous system. Copper strengthens blood vessels, joints, and bones, and is helpful in relieving arthritis. Magnesium supports vascular and respiratory health. It also contains zinc and calcium, which also improve bone health. Uses Black sesame seeds are used to improve the health of the bowels. In Chinese medicine they are used to promote health to the kidney and liver, and to treat constipation and promote regular bowel movements. For those prone to or suffering from loose stools or diarrhea, black sesame seeds may make the problem worse. . Recovery Black sesame seeds have been used to help patients recover from serious illnesses and fevers. The seeds replenish the body of essential minerals lost during illness. As well as assisting in recovery, black sesame seeds may be used to help prevent illness by reducing cholesterol. The seeds contain phytosterol, which is a compound similar to cholesterol but actually reduces it in the body.
Guest guest
Oh, I forgot to mention that black sesame seeds also reduces menstrual pain greatly and works for heavy bleeding. For heavy bleeding the sesame seeds should be "burnt" black and not roasted.
