Guest guest
I'm not sure what website the Sandy's crackers recipe is on. I hope maybe someone else has made them successfully. I've made them a few times because my son really likes them. The crackers hold together nicely prior to baking. When they are done baking I'm able to pull them off the baking sheet without them crumbling but they crumble horribly when they are eaten. They are so fragile. What can I do to improve the end product?? Any ideas? The dough is not sticky or I would add more cashew flour. If I add more orange juice or oil I'm afraid they'll be too wet to handle/get on baking sheet. Any help would be appreciated from veteran SCD bakers and I know they are plenty of them out there!!
