Old timer confused about yogurt starter

Thanks Jody!! I called GI pro health -so they were confused why an American was

calling them LOL. No I didn't look at the addy before I called ;-) Had LOTS of

calling to do today... what can I say??

He did tell me I could order probiotics from any compounding pharmacy, I thought

you had to buy 'special' probiotics for yogurt starter???? But they are just

plain old probiotics, right? So I could just go the HFS and find legal ones?

I can't believe I have come this far and don't know the answer to this. :-0

Old what's his name did make it somewhat easy there for some time. ;-)

The GI ProHealth starter was approved by Elaine.

I don't know whether S. Boulardii works for Klebsiella. It works well for

clostridia.

Kirkman's is still working on reformulating theirs as far as I know.

Others have found legal versions from other sources, but I don't know the

name brands off hand.
