I have just been diagnosed with cea. I spent the

entire weekend reading about it.

It struck me that there are a lot of contradictory

" triggers. " I read that Oil of Olay Total, for

instance was a good cream to use on one's face. But

then the ingredient listed prominently, the same

ingredient that I read I should avoid.

What are the definite chemicals that one should avoid?

What are brand names of Cosmetics, and moisturizer's

one should use. I picked up some Cetaphil to was and

moisturize. Should I be moisturizing on top of the

Metogel? Doesn't that lessen the effect of the medication?
