On the recently posted recipe for Sue's Fourteen Date Cake, are the Medjool dates fresh, or are dried acceptable from the grocery store? I'm just wondering where to get them. Also, almond butter is mentioned in another recipe. Is this referencing a home-made variety, or again, is this something we can purchase in a health food store. One last question, on Sue's Yogurt Bavarian, when making yogurt with whipping cream, is this still an acceptable thing for lactose- intolerance, as yogurt made with milk is? Many thanks to all.
