I did include the hypertension/diabetes management in my records,but nothing of the birth itself.Hindsight I don't think I even needed to send him any of that. He usually says past 5 years(major things,no broken bones,etc.) medical records. As a safe guard you can have everything,but keep it in your car,run out and get it if he asks.Don't waste $$$ on mailing it to him. my 2 cents, O.
