Guest guest Posted November 9, 2005 Report Share Posted November 9, 2005 Before we found my son was allergic to nuts and we were eating all the yummy baked goods we didn't lose weight. When we stopped baking and went to diet without nuts we both lost weight. It controlled my yeast and I had more energy. The thing I really liked is that I didn't get severe hunger pangs like I used to or do now. I was on the diet for about 2 years and got down to a size 4-6 and maintained that weight. I went off of the diet in May when I was travelling and experienced extreme hunger pangs again and yeast. Now I find if I eat any " white " food my body gains weight. Don't know if it is slowed metabolism or yeast, etc. When you have health reasons to be on the diet it is a lot easier to maintain.
