Guest guest
We've been SCD for over a year and a half now and we're still working to get more veggies in the kids' diet. Since veggie side dishes just aren't going over well, I'm trying to make more things that combine meat and veggies together - forces them to eat the veggies..hee hee. We've been doing things like chickenloaf (with added spinach), meatloaf (with added kale), chicken soup with veggies, collards with legal bacon, stirfrys, etc. We're needing a little more variety and I'm looking for some more recipes. Does anyone have any kid-favorites that you'd care to share? I have one son who can't tolerate any cow's milk products at all and the other who can't tolerate any goat's milk products, so probably need to stay away from those ingredients since I'm usually not up for making two seperate meals! We can eat pretty much any cooked veggies, but not raw. Thanks so much!! Lori
