Guest guest
no, i am very conscious of that. i have a lot of food allergies - i dont have a partcular problem with dairy - it can be any food. i have known the negatives of sugar for 20 years and have been health conscious that long. there are a lot of things that go into, and on to foods you get in the store, even so called healthy foods, but you cant scrutinize everything, youd drive yourself crazy. i.e., i dont believe all organic produce is pesticide free. you do the best you can. this site is helpful in things like learning dede makes her own keifer that has helped her- From: glory2glory1401@...Date: Sat, 3 Jul 2010 00:28:59 +0000Subject: Re: Inflammation - Plaquenil GG, Did it have sugar in it (was it flavored?) Usually the store bought kefir is loaded with sugar to ward off the sourness of fermented dairy, but the biggest issue with store bought kefir is that it does not have the same volume and varieties of beneficial bacteria that your homemade version will have using kefir grains. That is true of even the plain kind. But if you can only get kefir by buying it rather than making it, then that would be preferable to having none at all. Unless, of course, dairy is troublesome for you. Some people don't do well with dairy because homogenization and pasteurization alters the availability of the calcium...though more common reasons are because of being lactose intolerant or allergic to the casein. However, I knew a woman in Vegas whose son was ill because of her having implants while pregnant with him, and he could NOT DRINK store bought milk at all. He could not tolerate it. However, he could drink raw milk by the gallon! So, it doesn't hurt to check it all out and see what works best for you.Patty> > > From: Sandy <dusty.com@...>> Subject: Inflammation - Plaquenil> > Cc: "Sandy" <dusty.com@...>> Date: Friday, 2 July, 2010, 18:07> > > > > > Does Plaquenil help with inflammation? ??> If so what were your noticable results ??> Sandy~> > > Hi, > She recommend Plaquenil 200....400 mg for the immune system>
