Symptoms in Thyroadrenal Disorders Younger patients with thyroadrenal problems may show signs of decreased growth, delayed puberty, listlessness, weight loss, orthostatic dizziness, and fatigue. In young patients with additional symptoms of diabetes, seizures may also occur. In older patients, symptoms of thyroadrenal problems include weight gain, depression, low blood pressure, constipation and fatigue. Dr. Kolb and my doctor said my thyroid test are normal ... I have a bottle of Isocort pills and wonder if it would hurt to take them and see what happens My Symptoms ... Weight Gain, Fatigue, Joint pain and at times Rapid pulse/heart Isocort pills - Think it would hurt to take them ??? I hate this disease it's all a guessing game, Sandy~ ive heard of isocort and took it at one time, just couldnt remember and also didnt know if it was now in cream. i dont go to the kind of drs that recommend hydrocortosone for adrenal. i've been with naturopaths and natural healing drs. for the last 20 yrs. or so. i've heard of cortisol for adrenals, but didnt notice much when i took it some years back, altho i think i do have low adrenal. my problem now is also allergies to something i take daily, thats another reason i asked about cream - it works better if i dont have to take something by mouth. if you know of anything in cream for adrenal, please let me know. thanks. gg From: glory2glory1401 Date: Thu, 1 Jul 2010 18:13:19 +0000Subject: Re: Hormones and breast implants Hi GG,Isocort are pills. The cream for the adrenals will surprise you....and I would encourage you to do some reading about it first! There is a group that discusses using this kind of therapy, among others for low adrenals. I'll give you the link.NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/?yguid=193700069The cream is simply OTC hydrocortisone cream. Yes, the kind you buy at WalMart for bug bites and rashes. (anti-itch cream.) There is a PDF file in their file section called "HC Cream FAQ.pdf" that will discuss the use of it and the dosing. 1cc (or 1ml) is equal to 10mg HC. Please be sure that before anyone attempts to use this, you and your doctor have looked at all of the information available regarding symptoms of exhausted adrenals, have done some saliva or blood testing showing that you are suffering from low cortisol, and then know what time of day to use it and where to put it on your body!Patty> > > > >> > > > >> > > > >>From: Sue Gibbens <suegibbens21@ sky.com>> > > > >>Subject: MARIA> > > > >> > > > > >>Date: Monday, 28 June, 2010, 15:44 > > > > >>> > > > >>> > > > >>> > > > >>Â > > > > >>Hi , > > > > >>my name is Sue I also live in London......
