Thanks very much to everyone who replied to my question about making a milder

tasting yogurt. I made yogurt with half-and-half yesterday and my daughter

pronounced it " yummy " , so I'm very glad. We also look forward to making SCD

jams as some of you suggested.

It's great to have you folks out there!
