Guest guest
Thanks for the replies, ladies.Dede, I had a period March 19th and started having pregnancy symptoms a few weeks later. I took several pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. I finally started again on April 28th, but it was super light and much shorter than usual. I took another pregnancy test then at it was again, negative. I continued to have pregnancy symtpoms (swollen/sore breasts, nauseau, cramping, etc.). I took another pregnancy test a week after that. Negative. So, I went to my ob/gyn last week to get an ultrasound. He didn't check for an ectopic pregnancy, but he did perform an internal ultrasound and took blood work. No visable baby (at this point the baby would have definitely been far along enough to have a heart beat). My HcG hormones came back <.01, so I'm definitely not preggo. However, my LH and FSH came back astronomically high. The doctor was very alarmed by this so he retested, thinking that he might have tested during an impulse, in which case that could be a normal reading. I literally 5 minutes ago got a call from my OB/GYN saying that my tests came back NORMAL this time!!!! My estrogen was normal, too. I'm now more than ever confused as to why I'm having all these symptoms, and it doesn't resolve anything, but I am SO relieved!!! Do you know of a good/organic multi-vitamin? I haven't been taking any. I want to stay away from added digestive enzymes b/c they made me feel really sick before. Also, I don't like a lot of added ingredients. Just vitamins. Tell me how to make this homemade Kefir! I stay far far away from dairy b/c it's the one group that I'm most allergic to. I don't know what it is, but after eating cheese, yogurt, milk, icecream, whatever... within 30 minutes I'm shaking, my heart is pounding, etc. It's horrible! Even with dairy from other sources such as Goat. I hope the Kefir might be different? Our hormones regulate lot of our bodily functions. As we age all these symtoms caused by hormonal imbalance may appear and those of us with implant the symptoms will be aggrevated due to the fact our immune system is weaker than people without implant. How long ago did you have these tests ? Monitor yourself, and journal, your hands are full and journalling will help you remember. Read this: http://www.justmomm ies.com/articles /negative- blood-test- could-I-be- pregnant. shtml Being ill can cause weird hormonal stuff and raging hormonal stuff can cause you to feel ill. What was the docs suggestion to you ? Keep me posted on how you are doing.....I would almost request other hormone testing..... ..like the FSH. I would be sure you rest...nap with the kids...... even if it means letting go of some other things you normally do right now......your body is telling you something... ..listen to it. Eat clean foods....and lots of raw veges and support your intestines with a probiotic... ..the best is homemade, like kefir and other fermented things...... greek yogart is pretty good for a store bought one....if they have it there...... Guest guest
, If you are tending toward lupus, it might be a really good idea to stay away from dairy, especially since you have a history of not doing well with it. The Lupus Recovery Diet is a book that gives quite a few testimonies of people who have overcome their lupus by following a specific diet. It is free of meats, dairy and excess protein/fats. You might want to check it out. I followed it after my HCG diet (and feeling terrible on that), and I felt sooo much better! It definitely can't hurt to give it a try and see how you feel. If you find that you feel much better, you'll know what your path to better health will entail, or at least part of it. Sounds very complicated, whatever it is! I am hoping that you will find answers soon and easily. Patty > >>>> > > >>>> > I've had saline implants for 9 years.
