Liz,

I have not had my surgery yet, but I can relate to your

problem. I was a Flight Attendent and Model for many

years.....quit smoking and gained 50lbs and it was

downhill after that. I lost 65lbs 2 (two) times

on my own, looking great, feeling great but each time

the weight came back plus some. Each time my mind ,

body and soul had to withstand defeat and the fact

that I had let myself down or so I thought.

Each time it was harder to accept the thin me.

I think we have those feelings so we don't set

ourself up for another loss/defeat/heartbreak

etc. Its a case maybe that if you think you are

overweight then if you get that way again your

mind won't have to take another hit.....you will

already be there. But Liz , you have to remember

this is for life.....you will not be going back,

you took this major step so there would be no

more defeats. Just get on your knees Thank

God for your Operation, for your Ins Co, for

your newfound health, and your friends. Then

get off your knees, put that halter top on

and enjoy your NEW BODY. This didn't happen

by chance.......it was part of His Master Plan.
