Guest guest
I am getting pretty fed up with this and wondered if this happens to anyone else. I wake in the night...or morning with maybe a dead hand, or another time a dead finger or maybe two fingers or maybe just the tip of a finger, a bit of my stomach, my toes or toe (strangely only on my left foot, the hands can be either) after a few minutes of moving them they are back to normal but when they are dead you could cut them off and I am pretty sure I wouldn't feel it if I was quick enough...haha. Anyone else get this stupid thing and any ideas how to stop it? Thanks Sue
Guest guest
HI Sue, This did happen to me once....my whole right arm below the elbow was dead when I woke up in the morning and it took quite a few beatings with my other hand to wake everything back up. But it never happened again after that to that extent. Just some minor tingling in the extremities. I don't know how to stop it, but there are deficiencies of minerals and vitamins that can cause this numbness and tingling, such as potassium and Vitamin B-12. I hope you can find out why this is happening to you...I wish I could help more! Sending hugs, Patty > > I am getting pretty fed up with this and wondered if this happens to anyone > else. > I wake in the night...or morning with > maybe a dead hand, or another time a dead finger or maybe two fingers or > maybe just the tip of a finger, a bit of my stomach, my toes or toe > (strangely only on my left foot, the hands can be either) after a few > minutes of moving them they are back to normal but when they are dead you > could cut them off and I am pretty sure I wouldn't feel it if I was quick > enough...haha. > Anyone else get this stupid thing and any ideas how to stop it? > > Thanks Sue >
