Guest guest
Hi Sue, Yes, I still deal with this. Sometimes I wake up with my lips numb, or am arm, or fingers, or one side of my face, etc. I don't really have an answer on how to address this. I can tell you my last b-12 levels were very low, and I'm now using a b12 nasal spray once per week. I have worked hard this year to eat very clean and I'm exercising about an hour every day. I have had a reduction in the symptoms over the past 6 months. I was told by a neurologist two years ago that I may have sensory nerve damage. All I know to do is try to give my body good things so hopefully it will repair itself. good luck, Beth L. > > I am getting pretty fed up with this and wondered if this happens to anyone > else. > I wake in the night...or morning with > maybe a dead hand, or another time a dead finger or maybe two fingers or > maybe just the tip of a finger, a bit of my stomach, my toes or toe > (strangely only on my left foot, the hands can be either) after a few > minutes of moving them they are back to normal but when they are dead you > could cut them off and I am pretty sure I wouldn't feel it if I was quick > enough...haha. > Anyone else get this stupid thing and any ideas how to stop it? > > Thanks Sue >
