Guest guest
Ho wonderful Marie - you can't imagine how pleased I am for you and your doctor. Long may this continue. You should start taking Niacin (vitamin B3) to help lower your cholesterol and also high dose CoEnzyme Q10. Niacin can cause flushing so take this steady or go for the non-flushing Niacin. Hope you have a wonderful holiday Marie. Luv - Sheila Can you please advise > > me what to get to lower Cholestrol as when i come home from hoiday i > > go in for my knee operation and i dont want any complications of any > > kind ,we go away on the 9th November so i have time to get something > > to help. Guest guest
Sue, You should have no problem taking the folic acid and B12 as these are definitely needed by the body...vitamins. I hope it helps relieve your symptoms!
