I would discuss this with Dr Kolb.....( drkolb@... )

and get her opinion. She has been there, and lived it first

hand, and she is also a very skilled surgeon.

I think there are several issues you should discuss with her.

Have you ever had a sleep study done ? Many people with

chronic illness also have sleep apnea in some form......weather

it be brain related, pain related, blocked airway, colapsed

lungs, or a combination of things....

If you have not had one, I highly suggest you and anyone else

have one done.

Doctors keep records in their office for a certain amount

of years, then they either put them all on micro-film or

what ever technology is current and file them away....

Hope you are able to get them.....The hospital where

they were done will also have records...It will have a

pre op report, an op report, and pathology report......

If the doc is no longer around, passed or moved, call the

(where ever )County Medical Society and they will prob know

where to find the records.

The doctor that cleaned me out after the mess I was in

had to remove some muscle in my right pec to get it all out......

Yes Dede, thank you. I was thinking about the hospital if the doc isn't around anymore since we're talking a looong time ago. But I didn't think of the County Medical Society..... yeah, I have to find out for sure..

Ugh melissa! I'm in your boat-i found out the same news last week let me tell you because I've been researching frantically. I emailed dr kolb and she was nice enough to respond quickly...bottom line, the concensus is 'you can't fully recover while they're in'. The mold and muk is sealed off from the rest of our body so any detox things we are taking aren't reaching that area. I'm gathering info to take back to him to ask for my $ back as I specifically asked him to take them out. My holistic doc has singled out what type of mold is in me-microsporum and penicillium. We are trying as an experiment a red light therapy that in theory will kill the mold thru the breast tissue. I did the 1st treatment yesterday and my next tomorrow. Part of me wonders what other crap is left in there too thou that might be making me sick. So I called a dr in ohio (because my mom lives there) that was on the list and the lady was telling me how much harder just the

capsule surgery is because now its probably collapsed and attached itself to the healthy breast tissue now that the implants are gone. Oh and its $7020. Oh and sometimes women get more sick. I know I am! I'm so so sorry hun because I know how devastated I felt when I found out. Its like, "really?? I have to suffer longer because you were too lazy??". When Did you have your explant? Did you read about my experience last week when I manipulated the crap they left inside? It was awful. Hi Dede,

I will..thank you. That's why I'd really like to see Dr Kolb. She could examine me as well and get to the root of what she thinks my status is. I'm serious about trying to see her but now is just not possible. I'd have to hire someone to take me there and be gone over night...physically I couldn't do it yet but maybe in a few months... or early next year. I'm working with my doc on adjusting my IV protocols... and tring to get a bleeding problem under control. So it's a little hairy right now.. but always working to get well. I am in one way glad to have learned about all this. Now I just have to take it one step at a time and see what I can accomplish....getting the records is one thing I can certainly attempt. (I'm still looking at home too for the surgery report because that in itself should be someplace around here)
