When I sit, I kick off my shoes and use a wooden roller under my feet for a self-foot-massage. When I stand, I clasp my hands, wiggle my fingers, do full-range-of motion, and generally give myself a hand massage. There are lots of ideas on YouTube/web for both the self-hand and self-foot massages (sometimes called reflexology). It's portable and free for managing some of the stress. Big hugs of support, M.
