Guest guest
Hi Sun Lee, I just finished reading your letter as well as investigated the links you provided. What can I say but a BIG thank you very much! Your time and effort here is well appreciated. You just gave me quite an education on the CHM and acupuncture which I really need. I'm very grateful for the time and energy you put into this, supplying me with all the info and suggestions. I do believe that I need to try a different acupuncturist which is a challenge but I'll keep at it. I'm in trouble with these steroids, I need to get past this, and embrace some healing as you've described. As far as foods, I'm pretty well educated there. Nourishing my body I'm doing what I know.. I get nutritional IV's which I really need and respond quite well to because of the malabsorption. I take many herbs, from my own research over the years, but I'm sure there are supplements that I could benefit from.. it's trying them out and not having an adverse reaction. I had done some research a while back on difference alternative doctors that were accessible to me that did CHM and acupuncture. I have two left in mind.... (they're about 2 hours away). There's no question what the poisoning did to my body. However, the level of stress I've been living with over the last 16 years has been ridiculous in the sense that it's amazing I'm still alive, considering. I'm not surprised I developed the UC. I way over extended myself in the way of caregiving to the point of getting too debilitated and just other things happened that have been extremely stressful..deaths in the family.. etc. I'm in process of re-thinking my priorities, and realizing the serious need to take care of myself which is more than just getting the IV and eating the proper foods. Even though intellectually I'm aware I need to heal spiritually, I have not been actively doing so but more serving the needs of others with a hectic, burn out schedule. This is in process of change. I used to take better care with healing and nurturing (and I was healthier) but after a few family deaths I apparently lost it. I have not been kind to myself or caring on that level since then. So it's now or never because I have become too ill. You've included plenty of healing information for my own home study and practice, for example the qigong and some CHM supplements so I can get started right away as far as all that goes. This is a wealth of information post, thank again Sun Lee, I'll get back to you more on this in progress.. Hugs, There would be nothing to frighten you if you refused to be afraid. Guest guest
, You went through so much. When a person has so much heartache and pain their qi gets stuck. I believe all illness has an emotional root. Your spririt controls your mind and your mind controls the body. For this reason emotional end has to be treated for full recovery. Qigong is really good excercises for qi circulation so it will really help you. Even acupuncture it works on some people and doesn't for others just like any medicine and supplements. You have to find what works best for you. I really hope you can recover from this. Thank you!
